This folder ONLY contains .xml for every shared tire in game and is NOT a mod that goes in the regular mods folder.
This will change ALL tire grip levels.

Make sure to create a copy of the original tires folder. data/shared/wheels/tires
drag my tires folder to replace the old and replace all files.
if at any point you want to return back to default simply delete your tires folder then rename "tires_COPY" with just "tires".


Old frictionScale value: Everything apart from one or two are default at 1.60, way too grippy for me.

new frictionScale value: Vehicles "0.60"
Anything being towed "1.40" (any less and Implements can skate about too much. I tested a plough at 0.60 and AI created snake patterns)

What could be done instead of changing frictionScale="1.60" to frictionScale="0.60" for all vehicle tires?
We can have for example:

Normal tires     "0.60" (my default grip level number)
Normal weighted +"0.10" ("0.70")
Normal WIDE     +"0.20" ("0.80")
Thin DUAL       +"0.20" ("0.80")
Normal DUAL     +"0.30" ("0.90")
Wide DUAL?      +"0.40" ("1.00")

and so on, we could go into further detail but it is probably pointless?
Example:
tire manufacturer, how the grip style looks on a specific tire.
tires are also defined in game as "mud", "offRoad" and "street" which could also have an effect.
BUT that would be a lot of effort and I can't be bothered with that for potentially very little effect.
Also I have not looked into different weather situations or tire condition if that is even a thing, I would like that to be a thing..
